Rhianna was once a loved family member. She was raised in a home with a day care so has always been around kids and loves them. Unfortunately her owner got a divorce and had to give up her beloved pet. She thought she had found a good home for Rhierhie with a family with 5 kids but they weren't experienced pet owners. Rhianna came to us literally covered in live fleas. Due to the extreme infestation she is missing the fur on her legs and ears but it will grow back quickly now that she is flea free. Her nails were about 1.5 inches long and some were curled. Now that they are trimmed she is more comfortable again when walking. Rhianna will be happy in a home with kids where she is truly part of a family that has the means to care for her properly. At 7 she has plenty of years left to be a wonderful companion for most families. She loves to run and play, will fetch and chase her tail. A joy to have around!
