		Click on the dog bone below to download the adoption application. Please email the completed application to Mary . Adopters interested in our dogs will need to meet a few requirements. An adoption application will need to be filled out. A vet check will be done when applicable to assure the adopted dogs will get continuous veterinary care. A phone interview will be conducted to assure the dog is being placed in the best situation for him/her and a good fit with the family. A fenced area is preferred and mandatory for certain dogs. Adoption fees cover the cost of alterations, immunizations and any medical issues that needed to be addressed. They are typically $200.00. The adoption fees are lower for senior dogs. We do have a Senior sponsoring a senior program where we match senior dogs with Senior citizens at a very nominal fee. Both the dog and person have the benefits of love and companionship. We only adopt if the dog is going to be indoors; we cannot adopt out a dog if the intention is for the dog to be outside most or all of the time. We do not ship our rescues anywhere. We are located in Indiana and one must be willing to travel to be considered for adoption. Again, our placement interviews are mandatory. If the pre-adoption questionnaire is filled out we will assume you are willing to travel.
