	Welcome to the Collie Rescue of Indiana! Please click on the menu options to your left to browse through the site. We have plenty of beautiful collies located on our Adopt Me page. If you'd like to read about our spot light collie, please click on the image of the collie in the upper left corner of the page. We will feature a special new collie every month, so keep checking back! Our dogs are strays and shelter dogs.Many of the collies that come into our facility are owner turn ins due to loss of family member or illness, or just a change in living arrangements. The dog is often the one that has to sacrifice his place in the family when these unforseen changes come about, so it is the teamwork of the volunteers to see to the rehoming of, and continuing the quality of life for the collie. This is done through proper screening for possible adoptive family candidates. The dog is kept in a foster home so it is decided what home would best fit the collie so he can continue to be happy and gain the love that he deserves.
